  1. @missisipibullfrog thank you very much for your KIND AND ADULT reply
  2. It’s what you implied. We have both drove for over 30 years and are well aware of the laws
  3. @Stu like I said there is nothing wrong if he was in the right the way he parked and I will not apologise for that. and like I said he did do the right thing and was really very nice and told him he can pay which ever way suits him. And what ever give you the impression he did not tell him what happened……..or that they never swapped details!?
  4. @Stu. There is no need to be mean. We totally intend on paying up! My husband went out of his way to go into work and find the owner! Working out which way is best to pay, cash or insurance. Also there is nothing wrong with knowing our rights anyway. Don’t tar everyone with the same brush please!
  5. Hi all I am hoping someone could help us. My husband was at work very early in the morning. He was reversing into a car bay at work when he clipped and knocked over a motorbike. the bike was parked in a car bay, although there was motorbike spaces available. The bike was covered in a black non-reflective tarpaulin. Should the bike have had some sort of reflective cover on as it was not visible at all on a very dark and rainy morning thank you
