Superbike factory sales team will not process the sale of a bike until you have left positive feedback on trustpilot (and they monitor it while they have you on the phone) I don’t know if it’s possible to contact trustpilot directly and report superbike factory and there bullying forces for feedback

Do NOT trust there reviews……… the sales team forces you to give a 5*review at time of sale and will not proceed to next steps until they have seen the review (sales team tell you it’s how they’re bonuses are calculated)

Seriously seriously seriously……I’m 9 weeks in and still no bike took my money and now just messing me about I contact them daily and they can’t give me an answer to what’s going on they said bike was needing parts and it’s with a technician but can’t provide me with proof of parts ordered or an invoice for parts I think I’ll start with court processings also to get my money back

Do not trust superbike factory 1 little bit…. they will lowball you if you ask for a p/x by hundreds of pounds to what your bike is actually worth if you do buy a bike they will hard sell a overpriced warranty that you don’t need and they will not make good on the warranty if something goes wrong on your new bike if they offer financing for an older bike they will offer more money than you need and give you cash back sounds great but all there doing is screwing you because you’ll have more interest to pay them back when it comes to finalising the deal the sales team will insist you leave a positive review on trustpilot and will keep you on the phone until it is submitted so it looks good and makes the company look good please read carefully everything I’ve said DO NOT BUY FROM SUPERBIKE FACTORY they are a finance company selling anything they can to make interest APR to make there money everything I’ve said in this review is true about the company and not once have I even said anything about the bikes they are trying to flog I will leave that to others to review
