    How would I contact them? Yeah I agree, personally I don't think a CBT should expire after 2 years either.

    Is isn't lowering the age, it's changing the year on the licence.. So it is currently the 1st of February 2001. My petition is to change that to the 1st of February 2011 so anyone who passed their test before that date could drive a 50cc without taking any tests. Hope that cleared that up.
