Hey, I own a Voge 125R and need to check the engine timing. I see a cover at the bottom of the image, which I know is related to checking the timing. However, I'm unsure if the bolt on top is also involved, or if I need to remove the engine cover above to access the timing mechanism. If anyone knows the purpose of the top bolt and whether I can remove it safely, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
