Also have Oxford boss alarm disk lock. main shackle has rusted also rust in the actual body where it locks to the shackle. Batteries rusted and key won’t unlock. Taken it all apart and cleaned dried it all wiped out the rust residue put in new batteries tested on the bench all ok, put it on bike but only on the rack just in case it doesn’t unlock so easy to remove. Following morning even though bike was covered with Oxford stormex cover lock was full of water and alarm did not work finally got the lock undone whole thing full of water only just 14 months old and utterly useless and ta total waste of £100. Contacted Oxford who offered to replace the alarm module for £25 not the lock body just the battery tray! Won’t be using Oxford products again soon
