Thanks for the responses. Appreciate your help folks. It is a short wave buzz coming up through the base of the petrol tank/front seat area (quite pleasant in a way ) and not through the pegs. It has not always been like this and has got more noticeable over last 1000 miles. Had the tank refitted to be sure, but no luck. I will check the chain. Its pretty much through the 2000-8000 revs and increases with acceleration.

Hi there. Did anybody on this forum ever get to the bottom of the characteristic Honda hornet 2008 buzz vibration coming from the front of the seat area above the engine? I have not found any conclusive diagnosis online and whilst it may be a trait, it is very annoying! Thank you
