Hi, Came across this thread while looking for another issue with Daelim S3 bike and the issue you describe sounds exactly the same to another issue that i previously had with this bike, when i went to my mechanic with this problem he told me that it isn't the first time he sees this problem in this bike and it usually a problem with the throttle housing. Although the throttle housing was his first suspect, in the end, for my bike, the problem was just a dirty plug head, after he fixed it the problem didn't recur. hope that helps
