Thanks for the reply. I think I may have sussed it this evening though using a Tzr wiring diagram. Just need figure out the barrel side of things now, will give it a shot after work tomorrow. Many thanks James

Hi all I've recently brought a 1993 Yamaha Tdr 125 as a project bike to get back on the road. The key had been snapped off at some point, so a new lock set was needed. The only complete lock set I could find was from China, the ignition barrel that came with this set only has 4 wires, red, black, black/white and green. The loom on the bike has brown, black, 2 light blues, blue/red and black/white. I can't for the life of me figure out how to splice the 4 into 6, I've managed to get the bike running with all lights working so far, but I don't know what to do with the remaining wires. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks James
