  2. Thanks for the replies I do have a leather racing suit, so I have saved myself a few quid there! Doesn't look like to many tracks are gonna be available to me at the moment. Will have to look around a bit more to find something suitable. Can I get a track license or something similar so I can ride MSV tracks?
  3. Hey there, Was looking at doing a track day, and just had a couple of questions. Does the 33bhp restriction carry over to the track? How do I go about hiring a track bike? Best time of year to do a track day? Some experiences of peoples track days would be nice too Thanks
  4. I always wanted a Ninja, and the ZX-6 was cheaper than the 250, even on insurance strangely It great to ride, sounds great... and I will ride it once my restrictions up as I imagine its a totally different bike then.

  19. http://motorbike-search-engine.co.uk/2007_bikes/FZ6%201.jpg I like that Fazer, I just can't help but think it looks like an SV650 All the lads around here seem to be riding Gixers from 17... Don't know who pays the insurance Then when they turn 19 they're on VTR Firestorms
  20. Thanks for the replies, I'm gonna sit on both, have a little ride around etc Maybe show a pic of both to some girls and see which they would rather be on the back of. I don't know, but its all he ever talks about and how its a forgiving bike with a great write up which is easy to get parts for. Looking at 1998 - 2002 CBR's or a 2003 bandit Budget of £2000 < not including insurance
  21. Okay as some of you may know I'm getting my new bike around Christmas / January time with my test a bit before. Now been doing some insurance comparisons and have realised I was living in a dream world thinking I could afford to insure a ZX6R or R6. But I'm now down to two bikes I like. My dad keeps on telling me to get the bandit, but I am more into the CBR as it has the fairing. They cost exactly the same to insure, so I thought I would get your opinions. List the pro's and con's respectively
  22. The brake lever didn't fit... bummer Next year sounds good... and I'l be on a real bike Wahooo Ash watch out I'l be overtaking you on them twisties Leave slow coach behind she said she didn't mind us blasting off right?
  23. Makes you wonder how much they produce these helmets for... and how much the company selling them makes from each one.
