These discs were new aswell they are the wavey type, ghey gotta get it changed already

So i thought i checked the history on my last mot as i seen it had an advisory... What is this? Advisory Notice issued Outer Front Lower Brake disc(s) has slight run out (3.2.A1m And how much u think it would to get it right, granted my mot is not till feb next year, id like to have my bike as safe as possible Thanks kyle

just checked it with a volt meter, when bike is off its 12.5v, when on its 13+ volts, battery seems ok to look at, but i think it could of been out of the bike before though as the registration of the bike is on it? any ideas with that one. ? Thanks again

Thanks for the replys thus far... So i jsut went out and checked and the bike started on the button, now i can feel the bike getting rather hot, and the bike is running at about 110degrees max, in traffic that is, and 90+ on a run. so im not sure... but like i say its cooled down now and it started straight up.

since ive had the bike only a couple of weeks so im not sure on the history of it, some times after a ride it will struggle but then start.. but today gave up the go.

So i was comming up to a round about and yes i stalled so when i went to start it the battery just wouldnt let it start all of a sudden nothing, ended up having to bump start it down the hill... so my question is how all of a sudden its gone on me@?? The bike in question si a 54 plate cbr 600 rr Thanks for any help.... Also sorry if i have posted this in the wrong section.

I PASSED what a feeling omg it feels sooooo good. straight after test got the wife to take me up to bristol to see her competition and bought a Cbr-rr 600 54 plate its lush... and the last 3 letters of the number plate say " CYA " love it..... So i got my mod 2, second attempt i may add. First attempt i left indicater on for abit to long on the dual carrigeway... lets hope i get a better result this time.. my piggy bank is looking far to low

So i failed my mod 2 the other week due to leaving my indicater on for abit to long on the dual carrigeway, this wouldnt of happend if i didnt go off test route, and him shouting at me to get back on it, so it put me all out of sinc. Anyway ive managed to get a test booked for the 28th of may, if i fail this IF being the strong word here, i would have to wait till the 19th of july to retake my test... And sadly thats when im away for a few weeks, so summer could come and go without me getting to play... from doing my theory in november 09 to now its been a hell of a ride on its own.

Passed my theory today flying colours, bring on the cbt next

Woohoo, Theory booked for 10am saturday. Lets hope it asks some simular questions to my 2 lorry theorys and 1 car theory:) all passed first time may i add

hehe yeh a 600cc not a 1000cc I might try that umt, as they do the cbt in llanishan on weekends, and i live in thornhill so ideal Just gonna have to give them a ring hopfully they can beat the price ive got in caerphilly ;P

Tryed booking my theory test online to day, but some reason wouldnt take my card, its a visa debit, anyone else have trouble?

Thanks for the advice there m8, ill certainly look in to umat, found one in caerphilly and they charge 450 i think it was for 3 days and tests so that would be fine for me... regarding the gixxer it'll be fine insurance wise as ive priced it up found one at 500 odd, but id be more than happy to go up to 1000 if needs a must.

hi chaps, So i had a cbt when i was 16 then didnt bother carrying on after a car hit me off but now 23years of age im feeling like getting myself back on one. What i was wondering is where in cardiff would be a good place to go for the full package? what prices am i expected to pay? just so i know as there is a bike susuki gsxr 600 forsale near me and i wanna buy it ready Been driving cars since i was 17 and heavy goods since 18 so plenty of on road experiance Thanks all kyle
