  1. ide be up for this if i can get clearance from swmbo and ille only be able to come up on the saterday after work
  2. oki doki cheers for all the fast replys ille have another playaround with the clutch cable tomorrow
  3. well it started off just after the snow when i noticed. the clutch was only biting when i was about 1cm from fully releasing the clutch lever so i adjusted the adjuster bolt thingy(do you like my technical terminology) and happy days it was biting further down but now ime back where i started without much adjustment left. but i suppose i should of put all this when i originaly posted but i was being lazy ha ha
  4. ok well this time its not a wanted mod i think my clutch is on its way out ive been looking at these http://www.bikebitzuk.co.uk/yamaha-fzs- ... 2f28359e9c but i dunno if they are any good has any one got any recomendations for a good replacement clutch

  6. ive been thinking about making my own stainless exhaust system purely cos ive not got the money to buy one ready made. ive got a freind who is handy with a welder so thats not a problem but i dont know what i mite need if any one could shed some light on what i mite need it would be much appreciated cheers mike

  10. done my dad is coming along as well and he rides a scooter so it will fit under his seat as it is massive (yamaha majesty 400) ha ha
  11. kool that sounds goodto me ive never done them before ive bin over in a car and on a pushbike but never a motorbike

  14. as above really i have a 1999 fazer 600 i got the bike in november and it came with renthal bars on it but ive noticed that they are at a bit of an inbetween hight and after a while it gets uncomfortablei was wondering if any one had experianced this before and how they solved the problem personally i think it needs to go a bit lower. also i thaught i should mention ime 6ft tall so with the rise i catch quite a bit of wind on the motorway witch is when it bothers me the most cheers in advance mike
  15. if your still not sorted i have a mate who has a sv650 in bolton he will let you have a look but i dunno about taking it off
