Depending on what is causing it the ecu flash is a better option as you have full control over all ecu settings. The power commander doest the fueling only unless you buy the second module and then it can do timing. It can change the secondary flys or enable disable settings. Not sure where you are but I use John Warrington in Malton yourkshire. You can give him a ring and discuss you problem Power commander you can change with your own computer but if you don't know what you are doing it can kill your engine same if you self flash. most ecu flashing requires specific kit to do it. If you are only using it once then getting someone to do it is most cost effective. If you are reprogramming several times then buy the kit
