  2. Hi mate, just in stafford and would have jumped at the chance for a ride out to wales as they are wonderfull roads. But picked up a nail in my back tire yesterday and will be very green rubber for Saturday if it rains will be dodgy. (getting a new one on for tomorow). But next time your having a run out that way can meet you on the way out
  3. Search for and download NMCU booklet called Full Control, there is a link here if you look. It is very informative on technique
  4. The Mod 1 is being looked at but only from a view that noone is booking them. The proposed changed are not until 2013 so no point waiting and the emergency stop and swerve at 50kph can not be done safely on a public road anyway.
  5. Hi guys, can you help. Bandit 650 s k8, at 40 ish mph the handle bars will gently wobble by about 1 inch, (not a vibration), back and forth from left to right. You only see it if you have a really loose grip. At about 55 to 60 it seems to go, and over 60 solid as a rock. Below 40 nothing also. Don't know if its tyre, or wind or something else. Bike is new to me and it does have a new front bridgestone. Advice is always welcomed please
  6. Hi, Sent my details this morning, spreading the word on Fbook and am hastling my mates to join in. Look forwards to seeing you
  7. Passed my Mod 2 yesterday in Shrewsbury. The sun was blazing down and the roads were p;retty much empty at 1oclock so I settled down just to enjoy a ride in the sunshine. Been well and truly trained by Dave at Chase Motorcycle Training and at each junction and roundabout I could still hear him saying position shoulder erc etc. After 45 minutes back to the test centre and only 3 minors so a great day. Mod 1 was the hard one for me. Mod 2 was a ride in the sun, and very enjoyable. To anyone thinking of doing the DAC course get a good few days riding with a school first.
