But I am afraid we cannot take vouchers virtually - you can take them in to any store OR, and I realise this is annoying, you can send them to us at J&S HQ and we will then send the items you want out to you. IF there is any extra to pay just put a note in with your name and address and phone number and we can take the difference over the phone. Please be aware we are working away behind the scenes trying to sort both the website AND the voucher system!! I do apologise for this and I will look for your comment on FB too!!
