Hi all, I've been looking to get a screamer for ages but I live in Italy and to insure a standard 600 or 650 inline-4, it costs a huge amount of money each year which I'm just not willing to pay, and with fuel as expensive as it is, the perfect solution is a smaller displacement inline 4 such as the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R. But it's not available in Europe. As far as my research goes, there are ZERO small displacement inline 4s available in Europe which were manufactured this millennium. The only other things I've found have been the GSR400, also not available in Europe, Japan only, and vintage Honda models from the 70s and 80s. Does anyone know of any <400cc inline 4s that don't look like they are from the 70s? Or anyone know how to get a ZX-25R in Europe?

hey people, I'm looking for a 400-700cc inline 4 naked for my next bike, either second hand or new if it is reasonably affordable like the CB650R. naked because I like how they look inline 4 because I like how they rev and sound. I like higher revving "singing" engines and not beefy lawnmower kind of sounding engines. 400-700cc because I want a serious enough bike that it's not boring but not a litre bike that is expensive to buy and run and excessively powerful for my every day needs Modern - ABS, a nice dash, low emissions, parts availability etc would be desirable qualities So far I've seen: - honda CB650R - benelli 600i - suzuki GSR600 - suzuki GSR400 - Yamaha FZ6 However ALL of those apart from the honda are discontinued!.... Anyone got any other suggestions to broaden my list so I can maybe try a couple before pulling the trigger? Anyone know why there are so few currently available options?
