  1. Okay cool. Thought it might devalue the Mutt, as it's not a Mutt battery.
  2. Yep, it was supposed to be a brand new Mutt, now its a fixed Mutt without a Mutt battery. I've paid full whack for a non working bike, which they then refurbed with a non Mutt branded battery. Just think it's unfair. Plus they tried to say that it started fine before they swapped the battery. Which it did not.
  3. Hi Guys, I just bought a new Mutt Mastiff. The day it was delivered at first it started up. Then an hour later it would not start. Tried several times. We called the dealer, they picked it up after a week of comlaining and trying. When it was taken they told us when they got it to the garage it started immediately. They belittled me and tried to make out I was not doing it right. The delivery man from the garage said he couldn't start it either. They said he said he could. They then said that it started perfectly at the garage since they picked it up, but as a gesture of goodwill, they changed the battery anyway! I now have a shop battery on my Mutt, not the original; that apparently worked perfectly for them! I am suspicious that the battery didn't work and they just changed it to a no label shop one. Or else why change it?! They say GOODWILL. They were treating me on the phone like I was an idiot. Fact is they said it worked immediately for them. So why change it? They say it was so they could get it back to me quicker! Why can't they just send it back if they say it worked immediately? Why change the battery? I now have an inferior no brand battery. I have escalated it as they obviously have lied to me, to make out that I was the problem. Even though their delivery man could not start it on pick up either... Help. Any advice? Thanks, Mark
