Guest Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Stainless last longer without discolouration, I have stainless Hoses off a Bandit 1200, bought off ebay for £35 Front&Rear (3 Lines)Cad (NickleCadmium) discolour easily..Chrome, Nah, defo not, unless you have a Massey Fergusson..Alloy, will discolour too, (oxidisation) Quote
Guest akey Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 stainless all the way mate, I have used both stainless and anodised alloy in various colours and would say stainless retains its looks longest and are also usually the cheapest. Quote

Colin the Bear Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Technicaly all the same. Cosmetic difference only. I bought nickel cadmium. 2 weeks later I got a second invoice. I rang to ask what was going on. The dealer told me that NiCads are rechargeable. Quote
