Thanks for the head's up on the clips. Just been having a look on the back of the JB Weld pack (well, anything will do when you're on the bog!) and thought this was interesting:


"A parts store in Waco, Texas repaired a 20 ton hydraulic jack with J-B WELD and saved £99.00"

"The city of Dallas, Texas repaired a cracked Caterpillar engine block with J-B WELD and saved $4,000 plus 30 days down time"


So I think it should be just about OK on your tank :D

yeah id read them too... doesn't really tell you too much though does it.... but here's feeling lucky... if i find a bargain tank on the web, i may get a spare, just in case... also means i can try out a new colour scheme... (Wes Cooley Colours... Blue/white)

bike starts, and after putting some fresh fuel in all the guages come to life.. now to do something about those chicken strips on that back tyre... lol
