always the back first...

put the bike on the side stand, then position the paddock stand under the rear swingarm/or bobbins.. using the left hand and grab rail straighten the bike up nad then push the paddock stand down..

i would get someone to assist for the first few times, even if its just to watch and help if needed, then move the the front and position under the fork legs, and push down..

you should only need it on both if you are working on the front wheel... removal of the forks isn't posible with conventional stands, you'd need one that locates under the steering neck

Always put the bike on the rear stand first.

If you try to put it on a front paddock stand without a rear stand, it will be very expensive and you will cry alot.

Them videos only show it going on the stands, a strong word of advice for when you take them off.

Make sure the sidestand is down!!

What's the lift in that last video called? The one with the drill - I want to make one (when I get my welder!)!

 OMG that's amazing! (The paddock stand as well lol)

I wouldn't dare leave my bike on one though, I'd be constantly going back to check it hasn't fallen off lol
