satnavsatnav Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Mine started 9am and finished 4pm.Although i have plenty of years experience on the road via cars and trucks i had never rode a motorbike before, So my nerves were a bit shakey but i found the whole thing to easy (probably famous last words). To think some one is to a reasonable safe standard after a couple of hours on the road is really scary. I dont believe that anyone who has never driven anything can gain enough road sense in the very short time you are shown. I no its basic training but i think they should do it over 2 days with a full day riding this would no doubt raise the price but it would make the roads safer. I plan to do my test over the next couple of months and honestly cant wait but i doubt that will be as easy . I would certainly recommend trying it to anyone as it really is a blast. Quote

yorbandit Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Remember in theory you can get in ya dads car with ya mum sat next to you and just drive with L on same used to be the same for bikes without ya mum so at least the CBT insures you have had some kind of instruction before you fly down the road. Oh and enjoy the fun you have in front of you doing your test Quote
