No worries Chris, there's plenty more of the year to go at

Got myself a few goodies over the winter...tyre warmers ,genny, and Ohlins steering damper (hell thats def needed now I'm pushing it that bit harder)

Spare wheels with wets too...after a washed out day at caddy last year

New Berik leathers,Arai lid, Alpinestars boots and gloves....and I wasnt going to spend much money on the bike this year ha ha

haha nicely done! Money well spent! I'm off to view a track ready bike that is for sale tomorrow so might have a track bike of my own soon :)

Let me know when you are next going to Cadwell after this one on March 30th and I'll see if I can get down too :)

Yeah sounds good :) I'm not sure which track bike yet but PhilGale has kindly found me a 2000 reg R6 for sale near me that is all ready for the track so I'm off to look at that next weekend (I was supposed to go look at it on sunday morning but the snow was too bad!) so might end up with one of those :)

Novice at the moment but I've booked myself in intermediates for the one I'm doing on 13th March so will see how that goes! :) You?

I'm in the inters, if you feel people are getting in your way too much in novice then move up, but dont feel its a bad thing to be in novice, its really all about where you feel comfortable

You'll find most people are in the correct group, however you always get a few of the following at track days

1. In the novice group.......... purely so they can look a hero as they're the fastest on the track...and should be at least in inters

2. In advanced/fast group.....purely because it makes them think they're fast and because the sticker on the bike and they're wrist band says so

My only goal/aim/target is to have fun.........and I always achieve that :D

3. people in novice when they should be in advanced because novice was the only space left.

4. people in inters but should be in fast for the same reason as 1.

5. people in inters because they dont want to be "the novice" anymore even though they clearly should be.

agree with number 2, you see them all the time.

6. People in novice that shouldnt really even be on a track! I know that sounds harsh but there was a guy on my last track day going round at literally like 30 mph and was all over the track... it was just dangerous for everyone else trying to go round him
