AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR ON ROAD BIKES IN ENGLAND PLEASE HELP

HI I WAS WONDERING AS I CANT FIND TO FIND ANY CLEAR INFO ON THE WEB ABOUT AGE RESTRICTIONS ON BIKES. IM 20 YEARS OLD AND AM ABOUT TO DO MY DRIVNG LISENCE FOR A 125CC BIKE BUT I READ ON THE NET THAT IF YOU TURN 21 BEFORE YOUR FIRST 2YEAR PERIOD THAT YOU COULD GET A HIGH BHP/CC BIKE, FOR EXAMPLE COULD I PASS MY TEST AT 20 AND GET A 200CC BIKE AND RIDE IT AT THIS AGE AS I TURN 21 IN OCTOBER THIS YEAR???? ALSO WOULD IT NEED TO BE RESTRICTED. PLEASE CAN SOME ONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE, MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE
