hi i kno this wont go dwn too well but....

im building a track car and i want to put the engine on bike carbs, preferably 900cc or higher im not really fussed, ive been advised to get fireblade carbs, but i was thinking thunderace yzf carbs or ninja's or R1 carbs but like i say as long as they are 900+ thats fine for me.

I was hopin to turn to the experts to help on where to get some from or hoping that 1 of you that reads this might have sum in the shed or some spares you would sell me or know a friend thats has some.

I would prefer 1996-2000 for the year or carb. Make like i say doesnt really matter asling as they are from a fast bike and they must be in good or excellent condition

like i say it probably wont go down too well with you lot that im doing a car but i need help an who better to turn to they you guys an gals

:D

just need to find some now :crybaby:

you not tried a local breaker for carbs of a big 4cyl car...

and you'll find that good carbs off big cc sportbikes are being picked up by bikers building one offs, or repairing their own...

could be that your budget is too small, a bank of 4 carbs is easily £100+

How do you start run an engine that requires an ECU? It would need the original injection to work correctly wouldn't it? out of my realm of knowledge I think. (got a Mk3 golf 1.4)
