Hi All

Some time in June or July (Not 100% sure yet), I have to collect my XT660 in Cornwall and take it to my new home in Limoges central France........If anyone fancies a trip

Was down that way last July.... a lovely part of the world with fantastic biking roads.

The third pic was taken at Oradour-Sur-Glane. Google it if you don't already know what happened there. Not far from Limoges

Taken on the trip back to Cherbourg

We're currently living in Bulgaria where the roads are not built for a tractor never mind a bike, so had to resort to 5 years of a YZ offroading. This actually isn't too bad as we are surrounded by some of the most stunning mountains and forests and its a no holes barred kind of mentality where I can take the bike absolutely anywhere.

But I missed the open road, the bends, the straights, drivers who know what they are doing and don't want to kill you.

As soon as we decided to move to France, and having just been there to sort things out, I am sooooooooo looking forward to riding there, and bought a new bike within a week. As you say, it is one of the best road systems for bikes in Europe and the coutryside is stunning.

Once we setup there we are considering setting up a free camping area in the large garden (in forest) for weary bikers passing through.
