I'm happy with most repair/replace jobs on a car but bikes are new to me.

I can't find a Haynes manual for a CBF 125, so wondered if anyone out there can explain (diagrams would be amazing)m where the oil filter is on my bike as it isn't as obviously placed as a car filter?

It doesn't appear to be obvious and i dont want to just start undoing things?

cant see a fliter listed on wemoto.com..?

it is a derivative of the old CG125 which doesn't have a filter... well not what i would call a filter..

it has a strainer

The oil filter is a small gauge mesh type, about the size and shape of a thimble, immediately beneath the sump plug. It just needs cleaning in white spirit or similar; it should not need replacement.
