Cambridge people! Recommend me ur top ride outs!

Good evening Cambridge/Herts people!

When i go out on my bike its always by myself (Im a loser who has no friends!) So off i set and i think to myself "Where shall i go today?". The problem is im quite new to the area and can never think of any great roads to ride or any good biker places to hang out at so i kinda end up doing the same old route as normal...

So can you please recommend me some good ride outs in the area, Some good roads to check out, Some good biker places to pull up to and have a mingle!

Daddy G, I believe you`re in Papworth (or am I mistaken). You`ve written your post in the correct section for ride outs so as stated before, keep your eyes on when we all meet up again and come along and join us. We don`t bite or nothing.

I would think a few of us will be meeting tonight at the Hartford Marina (ggogle it and get the address) so why not come along and introduce yourself.

As for roads to ride on, we normally go up Rutland way to get some good roads or out to Hunstanton for fish and chips on a Sunday.

further to Nman's above...

the B660 from A14/perry/grafham to kimbolton then all the way to glatton/holme is a good road (favourite with the police too!), as well as the abbots ripton road from sawtry - wyton/huntingdon.

Nman knows a few good roads down your way (royston/cambridge/A10/A505 corridor) and there are a few bits and bobs to the north of cambridge towards Earith/Over.

We'll arrange things on here, but if we're free at weekends, we sometimes just text each other and take a ride to the bike shops in peterborough (me and nman are heading that way on saturday!). they'll be more the type of rides from now on, too cold for much further, and dark in the evenings.

If your headin over to P'town this Saturday Balderstons are havin the offical grand opening of there new site. I've been told they'll have lots of things goin on an girls in skimpy outfits!

I`ll be on a 10 plate Gixer 750 and Gubba will be on his 59 plate Black Gixer 600.
