asharin Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 As whoever last chanegd the oil on the Virago 125 was a ham fisted w**ker and managed to cross thread the filler cap, I am after a replacement. I noticed it a couple of weeks back (oil change) and it's been temporarily replaced by a cap from a chainsaw (lol) this is not ideal as it's not a perfect fit with the gasket and it seeps a small amout of oil when the engine is running (not a lot but eventually I'll need to top the oil up if I don't source a proper cap/gasket)I couldn't do it before Xmas as I was 1. Skint and 2. When I did ha.ve the cash shops were shut.I can't find anywhere selling a specific oil cap for a 125 virago, but saw a 'Pro Bolt Universal Oil Filler Cap' for Yamaha bikes on eBay, will this fit?
