can't wait ! 2 Days of Track :D

watched a few videos and it doesnt seem to have many elevations in it?

it does...bottom right of the pic after the back straight that isnt a straight (flat out knee down right job, scary as) its all uphill into the 90 degree left rocket. then the next left hander is all downhill, if your on the coastal you will flick right down the corkscrew (steep that is) if your on the international you will hold on for grim death as you drop left onto the international loop (far left of pic) other than that there isnt much. the book-a-track banking (big hairpin top left) that has some serious banking to it)

go for a walk round it if your getting there the night before you will see how hilly it is really...

2 days of glorious sunshine... the Gsxr750 was a total beast! and after getting used to it had it flat out and was planting my knee comfortably every corner... (on sunday(costal) bearly clipping the corkscrew!) but including the big straight (right hander) :D

was a great track but even though the international is bigger the costal is far more demanding and for that reason alot better!

i see what you mean there is plenty of elervation in it aswell... i think i still preffer oulton but it is a great track and the weekend was a hoot !

HOWEVER: last lap of the second to last session - 'Rocket In' bloody low sided :( my first off though and i just strained my ankle abit but its all strapped up and on my desk now. Bike was fine the £25 crash bungs were the best investment ever lol.

unfortunatly need a new lid but the leathers will fight another day.. just little scuffs but my sholder plating did its job well worth the money!

missed the last session but am not too fussed it was a spot on weekend!

shame i was a little silly i should have went grass tracking but was trying to slow down and get round the bend... hey i only passed may 2010 and i was a fast intermediate.

Cant wait for the next one!

:D

over and out !
