I done the mod 1 test last week and failed doing the hazard avoidance at 49kph. The rest i got perfect. Even after being a bag of nerves due to hitting the cut of switch on the bike whilst doing the manual handling and not being able to figure out why the bike would not start lol i still thought the test was easy enough its just i let off the gas before i hit the speed trap.

Now what does grind my gears is that ive rebooked it for next week and if i do the test exactly the same as the first time even the hazard avoidance at 49kph this time it will be a pass due to the rules being changed next monday! So why could they not just have passed me last wk lol

haha, thats just harsh, would have thought they could have let you off, but thats why i'm happy that i got it booked in after, just incase i don't hit the speed, although done it yesterday with my instructer, done 45mph practise, maybe a bit too high, but he said the breaking distance was fine

thanks, good luck to you two too!, an i think by the sounds of what the training company said, i'll have mine later this month, he said he calls up a couple of times a day, anyone cancels, i get the spot, so it's quite scary, haha
