Hi All, some help please,

I bought a 1992 BMW K75s and it was running when I got it home all be it a little rich on the mixture, I noticed the fan was not working so I switched it off and connected a meter to the fan switch and went to start the bike but it would not start,

I took the spark plugs out and they were very wet with fuel, I cleaned and dried them and tried again and the same thing happened, I then unplugged the injectors and replaced the plugs and the engine ran until it had used the excess fuel up in the bores, I reconnected the injectors back up and turned it over for five turns and it was flooded again with fuel getting in to the sump as the level has gone up, the injectors seem to be delivering max fuel all the time, I have checked the injector rack throttle switch and that is ok, has anybody got any idea why it is doing this ? and could it be the injector control unit that has gone down? or something else ?
