GIVI E68 TEMPLATE WANTED

I bought a givi e68 backrest to go on the e45 box on the deauville. my wife wants to try and see if she feels ok being a pillion (has back problems). but as it was used there is no template to use to aid fitting.

anyone got any ideas how i can get the holes drilled without the template or does anyone know were i can find a template. i've Googled and been on the givi website, but no luck.
