Guest akey Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 I'm up for that route on a dry day, sounded good. Quote
Rebel Rach Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 route was cracking, despite the visability over the cat and fiddle being about 100ft due to the rain and cloud. but so glad we decided to then ride up to glossop and try the snake pass. rain had eased up and the roads were better than the c&f. the run back from the snake pass back to chesterfield was also good as the roads wee drying and were empty (ish) due to the weather. all in agreement that we will def repeat the route on a dry day. not that that ever happens oop north!
