Honda Shadow VT125 Fork Oil

Hi

I just bought my first bike, it's a Honda Shadow vt125. The fork seals are going and there is a leak so I need to sort it asap.

I have found the seals, but can't find out what type of oil is used in the forks.

I am awaiting a Haynes, and I don't have an owners manual.

Does anyone know the appropriate oil I would need? I know it varies based on weight and rider preference, but I am happy to go with stock.

a 10w30 fork oil will be fine to use

Any idea how much oil I will need for 2 forks? Would 1L do it - not looking for the exact measurement but a rough idea.
