Friday's weather looks OK from a precipitation perspective but the wind strength is give as between 24-30 MPH!

Not looking too bad, about 30% chance of rain and not much when it does come, although the Beeb gives heavy showers for Mancunia.

As I said before, I will try to get there on the way up from london, but it all depends on what time you stay there 'till.

I will not be there until 1500 at the earliest.
