baggy Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Just read on Twitter that Spies has signed for Promac Ducati with Iannone as his team mate on full spec factory machines. Not sure this is a good move but time will tell. It's a shame its Iannone and not Scott Redding Quote
techno Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 What else was he gonna do?Oh and ianonne is Italian go figure. Quote
baggy Posted September 12, 2012 Author Posted September 12, 2012 I would have liked to see him back in World Superbikes, he was amazing to watch on that R1.Yep unfortunately its where you are born and not your talent. Hopefully we will see a third Brit next year in Motogp, I have my fingers crossed for Johnny Rea to do well and get the Gresini Honda ride. Quote
yorbandit Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Redding better off not getting on that ducati until they have made a proper one that works Quote
techno Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Baggy if spies would have gone back to world's he would have stayed there, with the Duke ride he probably sees he's in the right championship maybe he's looking at hardens real factory seat in the future. Roy that Duke is a real one its just they can't keep pace of development with the mighty Japanese unfortunately and with special tyres and everything else there's less room for manoeuvre so unless rules go less spec then I don't see it getting any better. ManInASuitcase Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Glad he's staying in moto gp but surely he's not sticking to the story he walked out voluntary on Yamaha. The Yam. or a backup Ducati team Quote
