chicane Posted June 18, 2007 Posted June 18, 2007 As for doing it in a oner some peeps off Bikers Oracle have just done that and they were all totally shagged at the end and they were on tourers, they also used the motorways and were "making progress". oh and one of the bikes blew up about 2/3rds of the way. chicane Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Agree doing it in a oner is pretty dangerous as both bikes and riders are being pushed very hard so either could 'fail'. Maybe just me but I want to enjoy myself and 400+ miles is a fairly comfortable days riding. Quote
DG Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 MMmmm maybe you're right. Even though it would be a reet feather in ya cap to say that you've done the trip in one day. But safety has to be the key.I'll have a caht wi the missus and see if she can get the days off and I'll keep every one posted.Gav Quote
