new jacket wanted, but which one?

as the title says. looking for a new jacket, touring style. last year i went touring in Scotland and was sweating like the proverbial pig in temps of around 30C, yes, i said 30C. don't want this to happen this year. but as we all know, the weather changes so much in the UK what do i get.

I've seen a few jackets with removable separate thermal and waterproof linings, but have no experience in how good they are.

budget is not huge, about £150
