How to clean internal sun visor (Frank thomas flip front)

Hey guys. Just got back on the road after losing my temper waiting for this snow were apparently gonna get. This morning I ran into riding straight towards the sun in the cold so when I flipped my sun visor down I got a face full of mist.

I treat my visor with some anti mist spray which works well but I have no idea how or if I even can remove my internal sun visor. Has anyone had any experience with this brand as I kind of want to ask before I go pushing and pulling things I may not want to.

I have a caberg trip which has a sun visor which was meant to be removable, I never managed though and just had to try and clean it while it was in place :/ good luck!
