WilliamM Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 So - the never ending project continues. Bought a beat-up rs 125 (year 2000) as a 'fixer-upper', which I'm enjoying but without a garage, little time and a 4 year old it's hard work!! Anyway - so far I've:Welded up the mount for the side stand (so I can stand the thing up now)Full serviceTuned carbDe-restrictedSorted potentially dangerous foot pegsFixed speedoNew tyresIn the middle of changing all the fairings which is proving challenging as nothing fits as it should so some modifications are required.Left to do is:Replace clutch cable and adjust clutchReplace rose joint on gear change linkageRe-fit rear lightFinish fairingsWhat I'd like to do before I finish fit the fairings is get the digital dash working. I've checked all the wiring and it looked sound - everything connected where it should be but I need to check/change the fuse so my questions are:What amp fuse do I need? What else can I check if that doesn't work (all other electrics working fine)? As ever, thanks in advance for any advice. Quote
