rear shock

I own a 1996 1997 1998 Kawasaki GPX 600R it's a German import I don't kn the actual year I know that It's one of the year's the rear shock I have no idea how to correctly adjust it with it being cartridge type.

if i remember correctly there should be a dial/knob near the left hand side panel that is the adjuster for the shock easy way to tell is look on ebay to see how it looks complete off the bike then look round your bike failing that good old mr haynes will tell you all you need to know
