Pillion Pad - UK Supply?

Hi folks,

I've been tasked with finding a pillion pad. Looking for a suction mounting pad for the rear fender of a Kawasaki VN900 Classic that's had its rear seat removed.

Primary use will actually be a place to lash luggage to, but definitely looking for a pad, not a rack.

Can anyone suggest a UK supplier?

Does anyone know of one that mounts with suction cups? I've seen one for sale in the US (and it's what I was asked to get) but nothing here.
