XmisterIS Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 I'm going to take my bike in to the shop on Tues to get the rear valve replaced because it has a split in the rubber. For the future, what do you think of this? - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgDzZIop_uw Quote
Guest Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 If that had been available when i started out, over 30 years ago. and i had bought that then... it would have spent 30+ years in the tool box - unused.Ive never had a problem with a valve stem.Place i use for tyres now, replaces them at every change. Not sure if thats a widespread practice - but its certainly 'good' practice in my opinion. Quote
rice-pudding Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 My mate has been a tyre fitter for years and he always replaces the valve. I think it's company procedure Quote
