Bike cutting out

Hi All,

i am in need of some help i have a Sinnis Vista 125CC that i use for work about a 40 mile round trip, so the issues are:

1) When starting off feels good, sounds ok and overall has power and is nice to ride but after about 20 mins of riding it will start to splutter on acceleration if i go to over take or pull away after a stop or if i pull the throttle to hard it will feel like no petrol is getting trough. Some times it has backfired on me as well.

2) When engine is warm and i stop at a red light or in traffic for a bit the revs with drop and the bike will cut out and is hard to start again, if i pull the choke out to hold the revs up it is ok?

3) i have fitted new back brake shoes and i can adjust them up so they feel nice to brake but a have squeeking so if i adjust it to stop the noise a have a pedal like a sponge?

All help is welcome on all or some of the issues, i know it is not the best bike in the world but i have put a lot of effort in to trying to restore the bike and keep it on the road.
