Kymco Zing 125 wiring?

Hi all need some help if you could. I'm rewiring my bike due to old loom being tacky and well worn and have hit a big wall. I'm planning on slimming down the old loom by using the frame as an earth and have found that the green wires form an earthing loom however, I have also found that black wires from the regulator also form a loop which I presume is another earthing loom. Am I correct in thinking this or will I destroy the regulator and other components by fixing the black wires into the frame as well as the green wires. Many thanks in advance from your replies.

when you say green wire for earth, are you meaning the thick green wire with the O ring terminal connected to it?

and to answer your question.. No, you wont blow your reg/rec.... the most you will do, if you incorrectly earth, is blow the single 10A fuse to the wiring loom..

Which personally, i found to be an issue with mine, so fitted a 13A plug fuse in there (same size fuse, just slightly higher rating) never had any other issue

Hi after hours staring at my wiring loom I think that the black wires coming from the regulator are positive on a lower, regulated voltage and will not be wiring it into the frame as I don't want no little accidents but thanks for the reply.
