Guest Posted November 12, 2016 Posted November 12, 2016 The standard tune on a Triumph TT600 (even after official updates), is frankly.. f**king shit (As you'll see by the photos) and STILL makes the bike run like absolute crap, stalling sporadically. After a LOT of trial and error, here's what I've done:OEM Fuel vs RPM (click image to enlarge)OEM Fuel vs Throttle Pos. (%) (click image to enlarge)Updated Fuel vs RPM (click image to enlarge)Updated Fuel vs Throttle Pos. (%) (click image to enlarge)Don't get me wrong, this hasn't transformed the bike into something it's not, but as you can imagine... the ride is SO much more enjoyable, controllable and predictable now! I actually feel safe and comfortable going out on my bike now.Initially, after 'smoothing out' the OEM map I had some start-up issues, and then after some tinkering... encountered some cold start issues,... but I think for a bike that's got over 40k miles and is 16 years old, I've got it now the best I'm gonna get it without having to dig deep and get a custom dyno setup (which frankly, I'm not gonna do, it costs a bomb, there's no dynos for MILES and the bike is worth pennies).
