Brilliant after sales eh, but any way , you should have 2 pipes coming from the inlet ports to the engine, that should be your Vacuum set-up for the pump could be 2lines and a t junction toward the pump , or at least the 2nd air configuration, does that sound right

Could actually be that the Diaphragm in the pump has gone, its only fuel in ,fuel out and the vacuum pipe to operate the flow, so if its been lying about for any length of time the diaphragm could have rotted, sounds like the engine is ok, can you get a replacement pump, or try and test that pump

Can you take the pump off the bike, connect it to the tank with the fuel line from the tank, leave the pump to carb line on the pump, get a petrol can to catch any petrol turn on the petrol to see if the petrol runs through the pump, if not, connect an air pipe to the vacuum side of the pump , and suck the pipe ,if the diaphragm is ok fuel will flow through, and the pump is ok, if no fuel flow the pump is knackered

Must say that doesn't even look right, there's not even a petrol cock on it with on/off switch or tank drain, must have got away with the front and back cylinder vac pipes joined to the one vac position on the pump, is that what you have , the two vac pipes joined and in to the pump :?
