Well like I said last night undo the petrol feed from the pump to the carbs (At the carbs if that's easier) get something to catch the petrol, and turn the engine over a couple or three times, if the petrol runs then you've got the vac pipes correct and you've got to look at your carbs again :wink:

OK so I manged to get a quick test in Fule is pumping out the vacs working when attached back to carbies Fule don't move coz blows are full so a guess it's now time to figure this out as the back sliders are Dia shouldn't there be a vac in there to draw them back to allow passage of Fule an that

Good after noon all well I have been looking at carbs now I found there's Ment to be yet another pipe on the carb system make 4 in total with 2 lines unknowing as to what they go to will post a pic of brand new carbs an when I get in am tale the old ones off an maybe try liking them 2 up to air 2 pipe after I use fire to clean them [emoji23][emoji23]

Do u think jets in pet will do it or just take it get it all blown through have had carbies to bits 2twice lol and used 2 yes 2 hole cans of cleaner

Yes ,its really a matter of taking the jets out , cleaning them blowing them through and returning them , I think maybe the float needle could be the one that's causing most trouble ,once those two are blown through and theres no tiny holes in the diaphragm you should be good to go, just follow the carb cleaning instructions in the manual, and try to get the float height set :wink:

Hi just a quick one just realized that the barrel an all exhausted internals are missing basically just a mental pip going from front to back now as this is a 4stroke I don't think it would make to much difference but insaying this could this couse some of my fulling issues not had time to take carbs off and in for a clean an blow through yet but was wondering if it would affect it is some way lol

Haha o well just wonted Tobe sure that that wouldn't have made any diffreance to intake side of it Al be talking carbs in bout the 20th to get speed hopefully
