Yamaha Supermoto DT 50 S

Hi, i have just bought this running but slightly smokey bike for my friends son. Had a look on the internet but can't find out much about it. It's a 2003 French model Yamaha (5VB1) DT 50 S Supermoto ((VG55BK00000501520) and I would like to fully service it with all the correct fluids and reduce the very smokey exhaust, hopefully with a tweak of the carb if I'm lucky. I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me some help please. I've seen some manuals on ebay but they don't go beyond the late 90's.
