KMX and KDX parts

Hi guys, im new here just looking if someone can help me out with a KMX project im working on.

I have a 1995 KMX 125 and right now she looks pretty rough, so over time i will be replacing, and fixing parts. For some reason the previous owner has drilled holes in the rear mudguard and it now almost looks like a sieve, but rather than just getting another KMX rear mudguard i saw a KDX mudguard (with the brake light attached to the mudguard rather than on the number plate holder) i just think it looks a bit cleaner than the stock kmx rear end and was wondering whether anyone knew if it would fit?
