Bans Posted October 13, 2018 Posted October 13, 2018 Hello all, I was doing max speed (not that fast) down the road the other day on my Yamaha ybr 125 2005 when i noticed i was losing power gradually. I let go of the throttle to see if it would sort it's self out and it seemed to stop losing power. So I hit the throttle again and lost all power, the bike eventually ground to a halt and wouldn't start again. I was told it could be a fuel line issue, could anyone offer any advice as to what the possible causes could be. Thanks in advance for your time. Quote
emmajaneg Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 To be honest, it sounds like an engine issue if it won’t start at all. Have you tried putting the choke on etc? Quote
Guest Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Errr....has it got enough (any?) fuel in it? Is the filler cap vent blocked (does it start again if you open the fuel cap - does it make a hiss as you open it)? Quote
